Supertaster technique for a year in the 5 boroughs

Lombardi’s (i.e. America’s First Pizza)


Location: 32 Spring Street. Manhattan.

Atmosphere: Alive. Good use of space. We got to wander past the oven!

Food: Image

Nice crispy crust. Burnt a bit too much. Too hard at the end of the crust- almost inedible.

Not much on top. 

Nice smooth bite.

Not much cheese. Even my friends there who aren’t huge cheese lovers said it needed more (the picture below is the cheesiest slice). The cheese that was there was great. 

Wonderful Juiciness.

Great amount of basil. Could have used a little more perhaps.

The sauce was on the sweeter side and amazing!!!
